RETURN REFUND POLICY

At Montague's Candy Ltd, we are proud of our history and the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Please read our Returns Policy below to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return or refund.

1.On receipt of your order.

  • When you receive your delivery, please inspect it to check all items are in good condition and match your order within 24 hours.

  • After 24 hours we may not be able replace damaged or missing goods.

  • Please take photos of any damaged or incorrect items and send them to montaguescandy@gmail.com. Depending on the situation we will replace the items or issue a partial refund.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.

2.Bespoke / Personalised Orders

  • Custom made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • When making the product we follow the details provided by the customer at the time of order. Once the order has been acknowledged by us and gone into production, it cannot be cancelled and all costs would have to be covered by the customer.

3.Returning items.

Please contact us at montaguescandy@gmail.com and provide:

  • Photo’s if necessary

  • Your order number

  • Reasons for return request.

  • We will then contact you with the next step.

4.Condition of Returns

  • All items must be returned in original packaging and in same condition as received.

  • Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the goods were damaged or incorrect.

 

5.Refunds

  • In the event of a refund being approved, please allow 5-10 days to receive the refund
