These handmade sticks of Broken Rock are made to a traditional recipe, in our family run business in Blackpool.

Our boxes of broken rock include rock that has been broken during the production process. All rock is made in Blackpool to a traditional recipe, in our family run business.
Each selection will be different and not exactly as shown in the photos. It will mainly consist of Hard Rock but may have a few pieces of our specially made soft rock. 
They make a perfect gift and can bring a nostalgic feel to an event, party or even as a Wedding Favour. 
Bring back the memories of seaside holidays to old and young alike. 
 
Ingredients: Sugar,Glucose Syrup, Flavours and one or more of the following colours E102, E110, E122, E124, E132, E133, E142, E155, E171. E no’s listed in BOLD may have an adverse effect activity and attention in children.

  • Returns & Refund Policy

    At Montagues Candy Ltd, we are proud of our history and the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Returns Policy below to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return or refund.

    1. On receipt of your order.

    • When you receive your delivery, please inspect it to check all items are in good condition and match your order within 48 hours.
    • After 48 hours we may not be able replace damaged or missing goods.
    • Please take photos of any damaged or incorrect items and send them to montaguescandy@gmail.com. Depending on the situation we will replace the items or issue a partial refund.
    • Due to the perishable nature of our products, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.

    2. Bespoke / Personalised Orders

    • Custom made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
    • When making the product we follow the details provided by the customer at the time of order. Once the order has been acknowledged by us and gone into production, it cannot be cancelled and all costs would have to be covered by the customer.

    3. Returning items.

    Please contact us at montaguescandy@gmail.com and provide –

    • Photo’s if necessary
    • Your order number
    • Reasons for return request

          We will then contact you with the next step.

    4. Condition of Returns

    • All items must be returned in original packaging
    • Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the goods were damaged or incorrect.

    5. Refunds

    • In the event of a refund being approved, please allow 5-10 days

     

     

     

  • All products shown on the main selling page are sent Tracked 48 as standard and the cost of this is included in the price.  If you require this upgrading to Tracked 24 or Next Day Guaranteed then you will be given the chance to upgrade at checkout.
